Come join us in our kosher & shomer Shabbat-respectful 4BR apartment just off of Broadway. We are seeking a friendly, clean & responsible roommate (females preferred). We are pretty busy with different schedules so the apartment is rarely full of people.
The apartment is located in a charming elevator building with an excellent live-in super. The apartment is very spacious, with no converted rooms, a great layout, a huge sunny living room and an eat-in kitchen.
The neighborhood is lovely and is conveniently located to just about everything.... banks, pharmacies, grocery stores, bars, restaurants (kosher and non), parks, subway... plus a number of 24-hour establishments within a block. Urban Outfitters, Zen Palate (vegan) and Trader Joe's are all opening this fall.
You have your choice of one of two rooms:
$995 - nice-sized room; can fit any size bed and lots of other furniture; very private - all the way at the end of the apartment! Comes with its own powerful AC.
$875 - cozy room; can fit a full or twin bed; has its own private half-bath
